Back in July, I brought you the exclusive details on the launch of French shoe brand, Veam. There, I mentioned that their site would be up in September and it now is but, you can’t make any orders from the web page yet. The culprit? There is so much demand for the shoe, that the limited quantities made are reserved before they can even be put up for sale on their own pages. So, how can you grab a pair of these very limited, exclusive and sure fire head turners, especially in the US? Well, I’ll have all the info you need after the break including, price, country launch and the next three releases which includes the above Black and Emerald color-way.
So, keeping you updated with the Veam news, I present you with a sneek peek into a possible future release. An all Blue color-way that’s built with mesh and white accents. That’s three different materials used so far, on three different make-ups, in the toe-box and side panel (The other two are Lamb Leather, and Neoprene Mesh). The shoe was spotted at Solemart Paris on one of the owners of the brand. Hit the break for the full large view.
You read about Veam yesterday and saw images of the F & F color-way. Today, I present you with images of the Red, Blue and White sample pair. It was featured in issue five of the German magazine, Sneakers which also has an interview on them. Unfortunately, I can’t translate the article because it was a publication. In any case, jump the page to see more images of this possible future color-way.
UPDATED: 07/30/2010, availability, launch details and price.
You’ve seen the buzz around the net about the newcomer from France, Veam. A hand made shoe by shoe enthusiasts that are tired of the sub-par quality of shoes nowadays. Whereas some say this and that about the current state of shoes on the market, these few guys got together with sponsors and built something from the ground up. A shoe in which brings together some of the finest materials to boot and a great shape at that. More after the break…
