UPDATE : 6.18.11 – So these did release to 25 pairs (10 black/15 Olive) and it looks like Selfridges was trying to hide the release for whatever reason.
As we wait for the release of the OG Nike Air Flow TZ this month, we get hit with a special edition tonal pack first. This set of Air Flows coincides with the launch of the Nike Sportswear exclusive release for Selfridges dubbed, “Live For The Game“. A special line of attire that includes 10 + pieces made from high quality materials, with some being made in Italy. But, we are here to talk about these extremely limited beauties and how you can grab a pair this coming Saturday the 18 at Selfridges right? Wrong…
If you want these, you may have to wait a little longer because they will not be for sale at Selfridges according to an e-mail I just received from Lee McEneaney. They will be on display at the Selfridges Ultralounge. A bit weird if you ask me, considering it goes hand in hand with the NSW collection just released there.

Thank you for your email dated 17th June 2011. Unfortunately Selfridges will not be stocking the Nike Air Flow TZ Tonal trainers in store, or online. There will be some in display in the Ultralounge, however these will not be for sale.
So, as opposed to what was said on the crookedtongues.com post, where these images are from, these are not releasing at Selfridges. Don’t understand why this is the case, or could this be a deviation tactic? It would be really sad if they didn’t hit retail at all because the pack is so damn clean and probably the best this silhouette has looked. Then again, Nike has done weirder things.
If you do end up at Selfridge tomorrow and are able to acquire a pair, drop a comment below and maybe a picture to vagrantsneaker@gmail.com. Good luck to all if they do drop and try to stay dry tomorrow.
Update 2: It has since come to our attention today that the Ultralounge within our London Oxford Street store will be selling these trainers. Too many hours too late on this above notice and weird how I can place an order with them through phone. In any case, congrats to everyone that was able to score a pair. I almost bought a eBay listing, but someone was faster than me. Oh well. Let’s hope to hear that these will drop somewhere else…

£90 retail…Not sure if the og cw’s will be the same, hope not because I want all of them!
Sizing wise – I’d say true to size, they are nowhere near as narrow as my original pair either….Had to settle for a uk8.5, normally wear a 7-8…Numbers were so limited and I was only about 6 from the front!!

Hi, V it turned out that the 8′s were all Defective with the Glue coming away from the toe of the midsole. So they sent them all back. Who know’s they may get they sorted and have some for re-sale. Really nice crew there on Saturday apart from the two who pushed in at the end. (TWATS).
That’s pretty good news for anyone that size. Only thing….who knows if they will sell them or keep them fro them selves when they come in. Did you get your pair?
