Here are the images of the second to last Asics release this year by Ronnie Fieg. Through out the week you’ve seen multiple sneek peeks of the Bahamas inspired shoe. Now jump in and take a closer look with Columbian model Soraya YD.

Enjoy the images shot by Ronnie in his father’s 26 year old film Nikon FG. Product shots and release info coming soon.

  3. You know what it is Doug. It’s all about the presentation of the shoe. Sometimes, it can kill the look of the product for someone all together. Perfect example is how my images for the Adidas boat shoes made you think twice about them. If you would had seen my images for them when they launched, you would probably own them.

Though, I do understand what Ronnie is doing here, I don’t think certain things work well. For me a bit of it gets lost in translation. But, that’s just my opinion as an artist. Especially when there’s more focus on the girl than the sneaker which could leave you with different opinions. One being what UNCLE just mentioned. Personally, they remind me of my AM1 Julep Crystals and wouldn’t have a problem rocking them. ;)

I agree with you 100% Uncle. A bit more smiles could have made this shoot better. I think the two best images are the last two.
